Client : AmazonTitle : Construction Project Coordinator (121557) Duration : 12 months*extensions and / or conversion possibleA Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to preconstruction managers and teams, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
The role involves organizing resources, maintaining project documentation, tracking timelines, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
This position is based in one of our offices in the following locations, requiring three days of in-office work per week :
- Portland, OR
- Herndon, VA
- Atlanta, GA
- Dallas, TX
- Austin, TX
- Minneapolis, MN
- Chicago, ILOccasional domestic travel (5%) will be necessary for training, and team-building activities.Key Responsibilities :
- Project Coordination : o Assist and support preconstruction managers in design, bidding, contracting and hand-off.o Coordinate team schedules, tasks, and deliverables.
o Prepare contract document and purchase order document under supervision of various preconstruction managers in dedicated team.
o Serve as the main point of contact for Procore document-related inquiries and giving access to external and internal team members.
Documentation Management : o Upload and download drawing and bid document in various website and systemo Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, and reports in Procore.
o Ensure that all project documents are up-to-date, properly stored, and easily accessible.Qualifications :
- Associate’s Degree
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Experience working with high-volume processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office ApplicationsPreferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize, with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
