Residential Project Manager
A leading Custom Home Construction company is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and lead their team in the office. This is a great opportunity with a leading builder to build large custom homes.

Qualifications
- Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
- 5+ years' experience in commercial or custom home construction
- Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and / or simultaneously
- Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
- Take initiative and seek responsibility
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and vendors
