Project Coordinator (Junior) Job Details :
The Project Coordinator (Junior) will report to the Manager, United States Gas Project Management In-line Inspection (ILI).
The role involves field coordination and planning to safely facilitate the implementation of ILI (smart pigging), maintenance pigging, and chemical cleaning programs.
The position requires extensive communication and coordination with various teams and stakeholders. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate third party contractors in the field when needed and undertake technical analyses to prepare recommendations for actions.
This role requires travel within North America and extended work hours as per operational and business requirements.
Project Coordinator (Junior) Mandatory Skills :
Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills. A valid Driver's license and a good driving record are mandatory.
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, progressive Operations experience, and working experience in Pipeline design and construction.
Gas handling and survey experience as well as a solid level of computer literacy would be considered an asset.
Project Coordinator (Junior) Desired Skills :
We value safety skills and attitude, project coordination, and leadership skills. Experience in procedure development, contingency plan development, cost tracking, manpower scheduling, and documentation is desired.
The ability to provide mentorship to regional ILI Coordinators when needed is a plus.
