SUMMARY The PR & Influencer Intern is a highly motived individual, passionate about social media, and beauty with interest in the influencer landscape.

This role will directly support the team’s day-to-day operations for influencer programs and relationships. In collaboration with the internal teams, they will help to continue to grow and strengthen the current influencer community through outreach, gifting, and personalized communication.

Essential Responsibilities Lead coordinator of PR gifting to editors, influencers, and celebrities. Assist with growing influencer database by conducting outreach and maintaining communication with influencers through email and Instagram DM’s Create targeted influencer lists for various campaigns, mailers, and events.

Monitor, track and engage with social posts from our influencer community. Keep track and manage inventory of product closet.

Research competitor activity and stay on top of up-and-coming trends. Organize Tribe and other internal databases to ensure everything is current and up to date.

Additional tasks assigned. Sustainability Responsibility Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term Sustainability Goals set-forth by the ELEMIS - Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars Qualifications & Characteristics Pursuing bachelor's degree in related field.

Understanding and knowledge of top US influencers within the beauty space. Proficient in social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Strong time management skills, attention to detail and highly organized.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, digital- first, work environment. Excellent communication skills and creative judgement to recognize and identify what is on brand and on trend.

Experience with Tribe Dynamics, Cision and other influencers platforms is a plus but not mandatory. Please note that our internships pay at a rate of $17 / hour and the PR & Influencer Internship is a part-time, IN-PERSON opportunity - this intern must be able to report to our NYC office on Tuesdays-Thursdays for a total of 20 hours.
