The Opportunity
The customer is the focus of everything we do, and millions of end users rely on our products daily. We believe in the value of empowering the Senior Manager, IFP Business Development with the resources to solve critical problems for the future of our business, which is why we need you.
The position is accountable to support agency growth in IFP business and foster the right product mix to ensure a must win for both our Company and our customers.
Join our exciting BD team to support Company must win priorities and support our front-line agency force. The incumbent is responsible for managing the assigned agency districts to achieve IFP sales targets and will implement the overall sales plan to achieve the assigned target.

What we are looking for :
- Degree holder.
- At least 5 years of experience in channel sales with agency or broker channel.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills and be able to conduct sales presentations.
- Fluent in Putonghua, and good command of English and Chinese.
- Team player, able to work independently under pressure.
On the job you will :
- Be obsessed with our customers and be able to listen to our agency forces and support their day-to-day selling activities to promote IFP products.
- Have channel sales experience in agency or broker market, so that the candidate is familiar with IFP products and its sales angles.
- Have MCV sales experience to foster our MCV business growth.
- Be a team player and enjoy team accomplishment and getting it done together.
- Take ownership of your daily activities focusing on what matters.
