• Provide compassionate assistance to clients with their daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and ensuring medication compliance.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, creating a nurturing and comforting atmosphere.
• Monitor and promptly report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor, ensuring their well-being is safeguarded.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, promoting their safety and ensuring their comfort.
• Collaborate closely with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to create effective care plans, providing comprehensive and holistic care.
• Provide reliable transportation to appointments, events, and errands as needed, ensuring our clients' mobility and independence are preserved.
• Hold a current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Aide (NA) in the state of Hawaii, demonstrating your commitment to professional caregiving.
• While previous experience working with seniors is preferred, it is not mandatory as we highly value compassion and dedication.
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect with and understand our clients' needs.
• Excel in both independent work and collaboration, as teamwork is vital in providing tailored and comprehensive care.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, enabling you to fulfill transportation responsibilities for our clients.
• Pass a comprehensive background check and drug test, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
• Demonstrate the physical ability to assist clients with mobility, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks, guaranteeing their physical comfort and safety.
