This position is responsible for overseeing customer loyalty owning the communication and marketing across all channels for Frontier Airlines' paid membership programs (Discount Den and GoWild! Pass). Additionally, the position will serve as the day-to-day contact with internal stakeholders advocating for resources and gaining alignment to ensure prioritization of the overall program. This position will be responsible for increasing revenue from loyalty offerings per the direction of the Director, Loyalty Growth & Strategy.

Essential functions include :

  • Responsible for the strategy, tactics, and implementation of the Frontier Airlines' Discount Den fare club, and GoWild flight pass programs with the aim to grow enrollment and increase customer retention
  • Develop, recommend and implement marketing plans in various channels (direct mail, email, insert production, statement messaging, airport signage, internet, social media and the in-flight channel) that acquire new customers and build awareness around the loyalty program's products
  • Work with key stakeholders across the business (eComm; IT and Customer Care; Pricing and Revenue Management; Promotions; Email; Loyalty Operations; and Customer Intelligence) to define, design and deliver initiatives that drive awareness of the program's value proposition and benefits
  • Build consumer and competitive research to better understand the drivers of customer loyalty; build enhancements to the existing program; and build new concepts to maintain competitive advantage and deliver high customer loyalty
  • Ensure each campaign has the proper controls in place for accurate measurement and analysis; presenting key results and recommendations to build on success and optimize future campaigns
  • Help to standardize the paid membership program's operating procedures through documentation, cataloging, and process management
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for internal and external business partners, having a firm understanding of the core program performance metrics and initiatives
  • Create a culture of constant testing, analysis, and learning to discover new and innovative ways to grow revenue, initiate program effectiveness and bring a great loyalty experience to members
  • Design impactful creative briefs for loyalty marketing initiatives that highlight the project's purpose, objectives, message hierarchies, target audience and deadlines
  • Works with the Loyalty Analytics team to prepare a variety of departmental reporting / presentation materials as well as gathering and summarizing information from various sources as requested
  • Support other Loyalty Marketing initiatives as needed, including critical co-brand credit card or additional Frontier Miles initiatives as applicable
  • Work with internal teams to create a promotional calendar
  • Complete and / or manage assigned special projects

Qualifications include :

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, account management, and / or communications
  • 1-2 years of managing a team. Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage marketing projects, production schedules, and promotional events, while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a demonstrated sense of urgency, and a results-oriented approach
  • Must have good attention to detail for copy proofing / editing
  • Exceptional presentation and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills
  • Advanced skill level using Excel for data manipulation and analysis
  • Has an understanding or interest in learning HTML coding
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, partners, and staff
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors / trainers
  • Strong corporate vendor development and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
  • Knowledge of airline and credit card marketing, as well as frequent flyer program rules and procedures, is preferred
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities include :

  • Comfortable receiving feedback and quickly changing course based on business needs
  • Team player who can work collaboratively with other departments, partners, and marketers
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be self-motivated, a self-starter, have a sense of urgency, and be extremely well-organized
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision in a collaborative team environment
  • Microsoft Office product skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Must exercise sound business judgment and handle confidential information with sensitivity
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work on several projects at a time
  • Must be comfortable working around the airports, both above and under wing, when needed
  • Standard office equipment, including PC, copier, fax machine, printer

    Considerable Latitude : The incumbent establishes methods and procedures for attaining specific goals and objectives and receives guidance in terms of broad goals. Only the final results of work are typically reviewed

    Loyalty Sr. Coordinator

    Salary Range : $100,000 - $120,000. Please note this role has a closing date of on or before 12 / 31 / 25 midnight MST
