About The Position
Job Title : Occupational Therapist (OT) - Inpatient Rehab Job Specialty : Therapy / Rehabilitation Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (07 : 00 - 15 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 1 year required License : Must have appropriate state license, submission possible with license pending Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : Epic charting experience - Ability to cover both Outpatient and Inpatient Job Description : Position will float between units and potentially affiliate hospitals nearby.
- On-call duties are not required.- Weekend shifts are not required.- Block scheduling is unknown.- Expected patient ratio is 1 : 9.
- This is within a critical access facility with a total of 23 staffed beds.- Scrub attire can be any color, specific attire provided for certain departments.
- COVID-19 vaccine is required; medical / religious exemptions and declinations are allowed.- Floating between all facilities within the state is expected.
Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.- Orientation includes 40 hours that are non-billable.
Please note that completion of modules is required pre-start and annually, and the time is self-reported. Completion will be recorded.
