We're seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative with previous office experience to join our team. The position offers a competitive salary structure, including a base salary ranging between $18 - $19 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities .

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
- Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
Requirement
- Licensing Requirements : You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- Preferred candidate would already have their license but willing to train a motivated / driven individual who has 1 year of office experience.
- Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
