A company is looking for a Network Operations Engineer II to provide technical support and expertise for network operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-call support to the Network Operations Center (NOC) and resolve complex service issuesDevelop and maintain documentation to assist in faster identification and resolution of network troublesPerform proactive analysis on network data and implement monitoring programs for network performance improvementQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred3-5 years of related network experience, with 4-6 years in DAS operations and IP networkingExperience supporting Internet Service Providers (ISP) and proven technical leadership in relevant technologiesCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) required;
Juniper Networks Certified Professional (JNCIP-DC) preferredInformation Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification preferred
