Santa Rosa, Immediate starts :

Experienced assemblers needed.
Day shift : 6am to 230pm
Day shift : 7am to 330pm
Swing Shift : 3pm to 1130pm
Grave Shift : 11pm to 7 : 30am
Weekend 12 hours shift / s : 7pm to 7am or 7am to 7pm.

Day, Swing and Grave Shifts
Job Summary : To produce, inspect, assemble and package product per supplied specifications and instructions. Improve the productivity and quality of the Santa Rosa manufacturing facility through targeted implementation of automation, statistical process controls, product flow streamlining (lean manufacturing), and systems improvements.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Remove excess plastic from parts.
- Assist in end of shift and plant clean up.
- Accurately report good parts and rejects.
- Fill out forms (Build Records, Reject Slip etc.)
- Sign work order (responsible for understanding the job you are working on.)
- Conduct quality control inspections.
- Perform other finishing operations such as drilling, gluing, etc.
- Package parts making an accurate count of parts packed, and verify the contents.
- Read and understand the binder for the job you are working on.
- Work in a safe manner.
- Able to work in a clean room environment and follow all clean room procedures.
- May handle several types of glues or chemicals.
- Follow instructions both verbal and written.
- Perform all other duties assigned.
Essential Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- The ability to follow oral and written instructions and to understand, speak and read English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision.
- Must be proficient in counting and math.
- Experience within the medical device industry preferred.
- Previous experience with lean manufacturing concepts.
