POSITION OVERVIEW
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue generation Nationally. They will be expected to build relationships with new clients along with increasing revenue.
Business Development Manager will be expected to embrace a performance-focused, high-accountability sales culture while developing an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the company’s products, services, and value proposition.
A successful Business Development Manager will help develop company sales processes and sales best practices while being creative in their approach to identifying and closing new clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Build strong relationships with new clients, serving as the main point of contact while addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Identifying and targeting fleet and enterprise companies that will benefit from vehicle advertising branding and communication services.
Utilize various strategies such as cold calling, networking, and social media outreach to generate new leads.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate fleet and enterprise company leadership teams.
Responsible for lead and Demand Generation.
Work cross-functionally with Project Managers, Production, Design, Installation, Finance, and other teams as you move through the sales cycle, close deals, and deliver finished products.
Achieve or exceed all established revenue goals and KPI’s for monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Provide feedback and reports to management as indicated.
Attend and participate in special events and tradeshows as required by management.
Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE :
5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally with companies that call on large fleet carriers and OTR providers.
Persistence, a positive mental attitude, and a growth mindset
Excellent creative problem-solving, oral and written communication skills
Proactive in your outbound outreach to generate leads, book meetings, and close deals.
You are not afraid to pick up the phone to call existing clients and cold call potential clients.
Experience using CRM systems, other industry standard sales and lead generation tools.
An understanding of graphic design is preferred but not required.
