A growing food manufacturing facility is looking for a Plant Manager to join their organization and help take them to the next level.

Responsibilities :
- This position is responsible for directly managing all production and warehousing operations including
- the tactical day-to-day manufacture of a 200+ employee production facility.
- This position requires close collaboration with other leaders who are responsible for Planning, Quality,
- Safety, Production Scheduling, Engineering, Inventory Control, Procurement, Logistics, and Product
- Development. We have no silos here.
- This is a hands-on role that will require transparent leadership and a collaborative approach
Required Experience :
- Experience in a USDA facility required
- SQF / HACCP Certification a plus
Ideal Candidate :
- A genuine love of coaching and seeing a team improve
- Experience demonstrating process / continuous improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TQM) on a departmental or organizational level.
- Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting financial documents on the cost side
- Experience responding to the sensitive inquiries or complaints of employees
- Experience making effective and persuasive communication on complex topics to senior
- leaders.
