We’re looking for a Design Director to bring visionary thinking and hands-on leadership to our award-winning Creative team.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design of immersive, story-driven 3D environments that bring brands to life.
  • Dive deep into client brands and audiences to craft meaningful, on-strategy concepts.
  • Present bold ideas and compelling design narratives to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of talented designers while keeping projects organized, accountable, and on track.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Translate big-picture ideas into construction-ready details, with an understanding of materials, fabrication, and build techniques.
  • Develop control packages and work within budgets, regulations, and brand guidelines.
  • Stay on the pulse of design and experiential trends, bringing fresh inspiration into every project.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education / Experience : BA / BFA in Industrial Design, Architecture, Scenic Design—or 10+ years of design and experiential marketing experience.
  • A portfolio of award-winning, innovative environmental designs that showcase your creative impact.
  • Proven leadership skills—experience mentoring, hiring, and managing creative talent.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can present with confidence and clarity, from the brainstorm table to the client boardroom.
  • A strong grasp of materials, construction techniques, and fabrication processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Dynamics is a plus.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical brands is a strong advantage.
