The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build business for the company.
They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Job Duties :
- Prospect and Acquire New Clients : Identify and target potential clients, building a robust pipeline of prospects. Utilize various strategies to generate new leads and initiate contact.
- Cultivate Client Relationships : Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and goals.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication and support.
- Engage in Face-to-Face Meetings : Conduct in-person meetings with clients and prospects on a weekly basis to establish rapport, provide product / service demonstrations, and discuss tailored solutions.
- Social Interaction with Clients : Organize and attend social outings with clients and prospects, such as dinners, sporting events, concerts, and other entertainment activities, to strengthen business relationships.
- Utilize Sales CRM Tools : Effectively use Sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, manage client information, and streamline sales processes for maximum efficiency.
- Drive Outbound Sales Efforts : Execute proactive outbound sales initiatives, including cold calling, email campaigns, and personalized outreach, to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
