What You'll Do

Our Digital Product Organization is a collection of portfolios that drive value via technology across our BCG business. As Global Product Director for Meeting Rooms & Hybrid (MRH) , Virtual Meeting Experience (VMX ) and Messaging & Communities (M&C) , you will set and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for some of BCG’s most visible global collaboration platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with key vendors, and leverage data-driven insights to deliver innovative, inclusive, and scalable solutions that enable seamless hybrid work experiences. Your leadership will be pivotal in aligning product development with BCG’s strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Among your responsibilities, you will :

Partner with our Global Real Estate (GRE) team to align on device standards, conference & multi-purpose (MPR) room designs, tracking utilization rates and optimizing our overall AV footprint to ensure we optimize cost to value ratio.

Drive strategic partnership with key vendors, including : Microsoft (MTRs), Salesforce / Slack, Zoom, Cisco, Poly, Logitech, while constantly evaluating the market for alternatives that best align to BCG’s evolving needs

Drive AV refresh planning, optimization, and cost management, ensuring all offices align to BCG’s “Proven Offering” standards

Provide strategic leadership guidance to Meeting Room & Hybrid, Virtual Meeting Experience and Messaging & Communities squads, ensuring a tightly aligned roadmap, driving toward organizational imperatives for BCG

Own the end-to-end journey associated with meetings at BCG, from meeting origination (scheduling), room booking (when relevant), in-meeting experience, post-meeting content retrieval, etc.

Translate user needs, feedback, and adoption metrics into actionable product decisions, obsessing over inclusive, intuitive, and consistent hybrid collaboration experiences

Partner with Engineering, Change & Comms, QA, and Support to ensure seamless rollouts and ongoing reliability

Champion security and governance, embedding risk, compliance, and accessibility principles into every solution

Act as the servant leader for the MRH, VMX & M&C squads, empowering engineers, analysts, Scrum Lead, and chapter partners to deliver at speed and scale

What You'll Bring

  • 10-12+ years in digital product management / ownership, ideally in global, complex environments
  • Bachelor’s degree, MS / MBA preferred
  • Strong experience with enterprise conferencing and collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, Cisco, Logitech, Poly, Neat)
  • Proven track record driving hybrid meeting strategies, physical AV lifecycle management, and integrations between in-room and virtual tools
  • Hands-on Agile leadership experience, backlog management (Jira), and a strong servant-leader mindset
  • Agile certification (PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • Experience partnering across architecture, data analytics, UX, security, and change management functions
  • Vendor management experience including feature evaluation, roadmap influence, and contract oversight
  • Security-conscious mindset with proven collaboration alongside compliance / governance teams
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across global teams
  • Comfort navigating distributed, hybrid workplaces with stakeholders across time zones and functions

  • In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.

    Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

  • The base salary range for this role begins at $174,000.00 in our lowest cost US region and goes up to $212,666.67 in our highest cost US region. Your recruiting contact can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
  • This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

    In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 30% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
