Responsibilities
- Servicing existing customer insurance needs
- Marketing to existing agency clients for additional insurance products (Auto, Home, Business, and Life)
- Marketing insurance products to new customers (Auto, Home, Business, and Life)
- All training and support provided within the Agency and District Office.
Requirements
- CA Property and Casualty license is required
- CA Life and Health License is a plus
- Insurance sales experience is preferred not required
- Bilingual is a plus
- High school diploma / GED required; College degree is preferred (not required)
- Sales, marketing or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a fearless and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and goal-orientated
- Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills
- Desire to continually learn new products and services
