🏥 RN – Med / Surg Telemetry

Facility : Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital (CVPH)

Location : 75 Beekman Street, Plattsburgh, NY 12901

Client : University of Vermont Health Network

Trauma Level : II

Unit Type : Resource Pool (R5, R6, R7), includes ED Hold patients

Beds :

R5 (Med Surg Oncology) : 24 beds

R6 (Med Surg Ortho) : 24 beds

Job Requirements

Experience :

1 year Med / Surg Tele RN experience

Experience with ED Hold patients (preferred)

License :

Active NY license OR proof of application with applied date required in packet

Certifications Required :

AHA BLS

Certifications Preferred :

CMSRN

Other Requirements :

EPIC experience within past 2 years ( nonnegotiable )

NIHSS must be completed prior to start
