Position : Personal Injury Attorney
I am working with a fantastic Houston law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. The ideal candidate will be a Personal Injury Attormey in any of these practice areas;
complex personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation, and construction defect, along with 5-10 years of experience.
This law firm offers a remarkable opportunity for an attorney that is eager to apply their expertise across a diverse range of legal matters.
The Personal Injury Attorney should enjoy working on a wide dockett of cases across multiple practice areas.
Responsibilities & Requirements of the Personal Injury Attorney :
- Manage a caseload of defense litigation matters from start to resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research, provide analysis, and offer recommendations to clients.
- Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Participate actively in depositions, trial proceedings, and mediation.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams.
- Licensed to practice law in TX.
- 5-10 years of civil litigation experience in the practice areas listed above.
