Job Description Summary

Financial leadership for the Lynn, Massachusetts manufacturing campus. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in operational finance and people leadership.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive productivity, optimize financial performance, and support strategic decision making for the campus.

Job description and responsibilities :

  • Campus (Lynn Component Manufacturing + Lynn Engine Assembly & Test) financial leadership for $1.0B output - delivering accurate and complete financials and utilizing financial reporting to drive operational action.
  • Strategic partnership with Lynn Campus operating leader - regularly interacting with Part Family and Supply Chain leadership.
  • Develop Budget / Forecasts and achieve financial results in a dynamic environment.
  • Implement a consistent lean operating system to drive business and financial results for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
  • Lead 2 sites (Lynn Component Manufacturing + Lynn Engine Assembly & Test) + Lynn logistics.
  • Develop, attract, and retain talent among a team of three - including coaching and development of lean principles for Finance, and the Supply Chain Finance framework.
  • Partner with Defense Supply Chain Operations and Finance to optimize outcomes at Lynn for the Defense business, leveraging supply chain finance expertise.
  • Effectively communicate key dynamics of the part family to cross-divisional internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain the highest standards of controllership, compliance & rigor - partnering consistently and effectively with controllership, FP&A, product lines (Commercial Engines & Services / Defense) and engineering.

Required qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 8+ years of relevant finance experience
  • Experience as a People Leader
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • This role is restricted to U.S. person (s) (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))
