As a Software Developer Lead within PNC’s BSA-AML Compliance (Bank Secrecy Act-Anti-Money Laundering) Technology group in the ALM, Capital Markets, Finance and Risk (ACFR) organization within Technology Line of Business, you will be based in Pittsburgh, although considerations can be made for other work locations for a qualified candidate.

This position will focus on development and software support of the Oracle Mantas application. Candidates should have OFSAA experience (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications).

Successful candidates will meet the following qualifications :

• Anti-Money Laundering domain experience
• Oracle Mantas(FCCM) experience preferred
• Proficient in OFSAA Data Architecture
• Knowledge of Data Modeling using Erwin tool, Data Migration Activities and Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD) Component
• Extensive knowledge in creating Oracle Packages, Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers and Queries using Oracle SQL-PL / SQL
• Core Java knowledge
• Database design, Performance tuning ,development and integration using Oracle
• UI experience with OFSAA forms framework , HTML, JSP and CSS3
• Experience with jQuery and Angular JS
• Experience with WebSphere or Tomcat
• Experience with Maven and Jenkins
• Experience with agile project methodology

• Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
• Facilitates complex problem resolution.
• Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
• Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

Packaged Application Integration Knowledge of and the ability to implement packaged application software and integrate it with company applications, databases and technology platforms.

System Development Life Cycle Knowledge of project management techniques and the ability to plan, design, develop, test, implement and maintain system development life cycle segments and phases.

Technical Troubleshooting Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques, and the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.

Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
