- Locals accepted : No, perm address must be 75 miles from facility
- Pending State License accepted : NO
- RTO Restrictions : At manager's discretion
- Special Requirements : Outpatient, inpatient, ER work setting experience required; IV Starts, PACS, Contracts skills required.
- Equipment experience : CT experience with 256, 64, and 16 slice GE scanners.
