Nursing Assistant
THE DRIPBaR is growing and coming to your area. Our concept is simple. We provide our customers with the freshest, highest quality intravenous and intramuscular vitamin drips that deliver essential nutrients right at the cellular level for maximum absorption.
The Nursing Assistant supports both the Registered Nurses and Front Office Communications Specialist during busy periods of the day.
The heart of our business model is the daily IV Hydration Treatments and Vitamin Injections that we focus on. This position will report directly to the RN and works under our location’s Medical Director following standing orders, protocols and procedures.
We are currently seeking an outgoing and customer service oriented individual. Our ideal candidate has history working with Hospital Emergency Rooms, Operating Rooms or L&D Nurses.
Candidate must possess tremendous multi-tasking skills and be very flexible. Outstanding organization and computer skills are a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Daily Client Interaction including wellness assessment exam, monitoring of basic vital signs and medical history, assisting nurse with IV therapy treatments and injections, and recording patient medical history.
Ability to follow Medical Director’s Standing Orders, Protocols, and Procedures in daily operations and conduct.
Ability to discuss treatment plans and memberships with our clients.
Comprehension of medications and compound vitamins offered in our center with the ability and knowledge to discuss appropriate recommendations with clients based on their needs and goals.
Follow strict HIPAA compliance and conduct with all duties.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Focus on the Company's Core Values in decision-making.
Working Conditions
May work around usual office and outpatient conditions. During busy periods, may require long periods of time standing and / or walking and administering multiple IVs and injections at a time.
Must be able to chart accurately and in a timely fashion. May work around biohazards. Exposure to blood borne pathogens is possible.
Exposure to chemicals and commercial items typically found in offices, medical clinics, and building repairs / maintenance.

We are hiring for a part- time Nursing Assistant position for our Andover location.
Shift availability and hours may fluctuate based on business needs. Additional hours may be required during peak periods.
