Position Summary : In accordance with established procedures, policies, standards and available tools, the role holder is responsible for direct sales and lead generation for maximum market penetration, the negotiation, execution and administration of Breezeline agreements including MDU VAR agreements, assisting with access agreements and New Home Builder offers while ensuring that we are first to act for brand new residential developments in the region, within our current market and as part of its territorial expansions.
Main Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow customer penetration across your portfolio of multi-dwelling and apartment communities to meet and exceed targets assigned by leadership.
- Develop strong relationships with property management and support staff in an effort to promote the acquisition and retention of Breezeline internet customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with property developers, builders and other key business contacts, identifying their needs and responding to them in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism, thereby ensuring strong business relationships.
- Works closely with Network Expansion to ensure new area builds are completed on time and supports customer pre-sell activities.
- Ensures that all Home Builder sites are accurately updated and maintained in territory
- Conducts relevant sales activities within Home Builder sites as required
- The individual and team must be continuously looking at ways to grow the business whether it be from an efficiency perspective, penetration, or to generate new PSUs and Revenue for Cogeco
- Responsible for sales in assigned areas; initiate contacts, identify and identify customer needs, propose tailor-made solutions and close sales.
- Submit all documents relating to sales activities and ensure their accuracy (proper management of the sales funnel).
- Responsible for various administrative tasks, including CRM management, completion, submission and accuracy of all prospect activity reports, agreements and necessary planning specifications for assigned areas and partners.
- Responsible for gathering information, developing and executing creative approaches to acquiring customers. Provides market intelligence to help combat competitor offerings and strategies
- Represent Breezeline at events in the region, by playing an active role within business associations, in particular by attending events outside of opening hours.
- Assist, as necessary, in responding to requests from other functional units and participate in special projects or carry out other tasks, as required.
- As part of their employment, employees must take all necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of themselves, their colleagues and the general public. - To support Cogeco's ultimate goal of providing excellent service to current and potential customers, the incumbent must be constantly attentive and responsive to the needs of external and internal customers and assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner while ensuring that the solution meets the client's needs.
- Prepares, negotiates and executes new VAR contracts and renewals for all contract types. Works with Finance and management to ensure contracts meet customer needs and benefit Breezeline.
- Actively prospects for new opportunities for Breezeline within existing accounts and potential accounts to maximize Breezeline's revenue and margin potential.
- Offers outstanding services and a customer focus that will provide an added value to customers to increase their loyalty to Breezeline.
- Makes every effort to retain customers who want to cancel their subscription or downgrade their level of service. Actively works with customers to find creative solutions that will benefit both parties

Essential Qualifications :
EDUCATION :
College diploma in business, marketing or other related discipline or a combination of post-secondary education and equivalent professional experience.Bilingualism is an assetProfessional Experience :
Door to door sales, technical sales support, telephone sales (telemarketing) / or working knowledge of the sales cycle and cross-selling skills would be an asset.Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales environment during which you obtained excellent sales results in the ICT (information and communications technologies) sector.Special Skills :
