Call Center Scheduling Supervisor
Position Responsibilities
- Supervise and track team productivity and accuracy of call center scheduling.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Train team on company policies and procedures.
- Handle scheduling-related issues with management.
- Provide weekly scheduling support.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of scheduling experience. WFM experience preferred.
- Demonstrated team leadership experience.
- Ability to evaluate data to identify trends.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
