Part Time Preschool Maintenance Tech

Job Description : Kido International Preschool is seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Person to support the maintenance needs of our preschool facility.
This role is essential in ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our children, staff, and visitors.

Core Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, and electrical.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with the preschool Director to ensure a safe and functional learning environment.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in maintenance work, particularly in plumbing and electrical.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with preschool staff and administration.
- A commitment to the core values of Listen, Learn, and Lead.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance-related fields preferred.
- This is a 1099 Contractor position - MUST have your own tools.
