Position Overview :

The Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing shipping activities which include running daily reports, creating pick tickets, schedule trucks daily and ensure orders arrive on time

Position Responsibilities :

• Print diagrams based on due date and priority. Schedule finished goods using open order reports.
• Coordinate missing units with Production Team.
• Prepare reports and communicate staged / shipped and open orders / missing units daily to the Production Team.
• Prepare shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Schedule trucks daily for on time pickup and delivery to customers.
• Oversees complete shipping activities; prioritize and plan personnel duties to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, cleanness, regulatory, and company policies.
• Cross train and develop shipping employees and conduct employee performance reviews.
• Completes all other duties as assigned.
