Integense is expanding and is looking for senior analog and mixed-signal circuit designers to join our team focusing on industrial applications.
As a member of the team, you will own all aspects of product development from product concept to manufacturing release. Integense has established strategic relationships with top tier OEM suppliers and is focused on delivering high-speed / high performance driver, precision measurement, isolation, and supply regulation integrated circuits.
Location : San Diego, CA
Responsibilities :
- Lead IC design projects from concept to manufacturing release
- Develop complex transistor level analog mixed-signal circuits
- Collaborate with business and definition team to define architecture and product requirements
- Guide junior engineers in proper analog circuit design and layout techniques
- Own chip level integration, verification, and device characterization
- Work closely with test engineering to ensure robust production testing
- Occasional travel (10-15% est.) to San Jose, CA Headquarters or Customer Visits
Minimum requirements :
- MSEE Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of Analog circuit design experience
Preferred qualifications :
- Experience designing high-performance analog instrumentation, high-speed drivers, data converters, and DC / DC conversion circuits
- Comfortable with both CMOS and BiCMOS circuit design techniques
- Experience with designing for a noisy environment, proper grounding, and isolation techniques
- Expertise in designing circuits subject to high thermals or high current densities, while assuring parametric performance and reliability
- Solid understanding of device physics and process technology tradeoffs
- Expert in use of development tools and automation, e.g., Spectre, AMS, Scripting and Matlab
- Understanding of formal verification methodologies
