Job Summary :
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team at our facility in Honolulu, Hawaii.
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our senior residents. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary and weekly pay.

Responsibilities :
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and facilitating community activities
- Monitor and record changes in resident's physical and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and ensure resident needs are met
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and team members
Requirements :
- Valid CNA certification in the state of Hawaii
- Prior experience in a long-term care or senior living facility is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Dedication to providing high-quality care and compassion for the elderly
