Providence Medical Group's Doctors Clinic is seeking a board-certified Physician Assistant to join its well-established primary care clinic in Medford, Oregon.

Our age friendly clinic supports senior health and features a primary care medical home setting and multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, patient relations representatives, psychologist, clinical pharmacy specialist, nursing, case management, dietitian and a social outreach representative.

  • Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (flexible to hire 0.80 FTE, 0.90 FTE, or 1.0 FTE)
  • Paneled position; outpatient care only
  • Option to work either 4 or 5 days per week
  • Collegial team with 4 Physicians and 4 APPs
  • Competitive compensation package includes guaranteed base salary, incentives, signing bonus, and relocation assistance.
  • Standard Employed Provider Benefits Package, including PTO, Health, Life, Dental, Vision, Disability and Malpractice. CME days and dollars, cost of licenses, paid membership dues, paid subscriptions, and paid board certification available
  • Our clinic has an active site application on file with the Oregon Office of Rural Health for those interested in applying to the provider incentive programs.
  • As a non-profit organization, Providence is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
  • Must have at least 2 years of practice experience post-licensure as NP or PA.
  • Previous experience caring for older adult and geriatric patients is preferred
