Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Will be responsible to prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold-calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Will be expected to provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets.
  • Will be expected to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Must possess expertise in negotiating, closing deals, and maximizing profitability.
  • Should be a self-motivated individual with a successful track record of 5+ years in business development.
  • Should possess industry knowledge in the construction sector in order to assist clients with decision-making and to develop accurate scopes of work.
  • Should possess polished and professional communication skills.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools.

Compensation Details

  • Compensation includes a base salary plus sales commissions. The salary and commission structure for this position will be discussed during the interview process.
