Your New Role :
As an Office Associate at Safer Home Services, you’ll be the backbone of our customer service team, ensuring operations run smoothly and customers leave with a smile.
Here’s a look at what your day-to-day will involve :
- Answering incoming calls and delivering top-notch customer service
- Scheduling precise appointments and managing customer data
- Making outbound calls to potential clients who've shown interest no cold calling, just real opportunities
- Keeping current customers updated about service renewals and scheduling follow-ups
- Accurately maintaining spreadsheets and customer records to ensure everything’s in order
- Collaborating with the team to deliver seamless customer service and appointment coordination
- Addressing customer concerns and requests with efficiency and professionalism
- Handling sensitive information with complete confidentiality
- Assisting with administrative tasks that keep the office running like a well-oiled machine

- Strong computer literacy
- Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (excluding marijuana)
- Entry-level position requiring 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Organizational skills for managing schedules, appointments, and admin tasks efficiently
