Okay to submit if not within a dedicated Childrens facility.Required : CA License 2+ years of CVPICU / CTICU experience leading up to assignment PEDS Cardiac experience - MUST be cardiac trained Heart transplant experience Willing to float between units BLS PALS Experience in : Ventilators, multiple monitors, and EKG interpretation Flu shotFloating is infrequent but could happen based on clinicians acuity level to the following units : PICU, NICU, medical, surgical, hem / onc, medical behavioral unit.
They have, on rare occasion, floated to Bernardy Center. Weekend Requirements : 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule. For night shift it is any combination of Fri / Sat nights and for day shift it is Sat / Sun.
Requested Time Off : 3 days total (must still get 3 shifts in week) )*Self scheduling! Summary : 30-37 beds. Seeing post op cardiac surgical care, cardiology patients, complex congenital patients, acquired heart disease patients, heart transplantation, VAD s and ECMO.

The hours spent on modules are not billable and do not count as orientation hours. All Orientation hours are billable.For NICU and HomeCare positions, travelers are reimbursed for mileage when driving to any other location, other than their home base facility they signed for at for NICU.
Mileage is reimbursed at IRS standard rate.Reimbursement form must be sent in within 30 days of floating with unit manager approval.
