Cotton Cuts is an ecommerce subscription company based in Chesterfield, MO. We have a growing family of subscription products and seek to expand our team to include a full-time digital marketing associate to grow our digital marketing platform by creating and implementing social media-based advertising strategies.

The Digital Marketing Associate will be asked to efficiently and independently perform the duties and responsibilities for this role as outlined below :

• Analyze our current baseline social media performance advertising, identify opportunities for growth and implement.
• Create consistent engagement on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter).
• Determine new marketing channels, develop platform strategies and implement.
• Analyze website performance, identify opportunities to improve and work with consultants to grow SEO and new customer acquisition.
• Other jobs as they pop up and fit with the candidate's skills. We are rapidly growing and so are our needs!

Qualifications :

• 0-3 years digital marketing experience, specifically focused on social media strategy development.
• A willingness to learn / knowledge of the industry behind this hyper niche market.
• Experience interacting with a wide range of people, including customers, designers, contributors, and suppliers.
• Experience with computer software (Office products). Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and Clubhouse.

Must have access to a computer.

• Proven time management skills and ability to be flexible to meet job demands and take on new initiatives and improvement efforts.
• Ability to sustain high levels of performance in a constantly changing environment.

This position will be full time at Cotton Cuts HQ in the Chesterfield Mall. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
