Safe Air Technology is a local manufacturer that specializes in Engineering and Manufacturing custom built HVAC equipment for specialized applications.
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team to help with the incredible growth we are experiencing.
As a project manager you will have the opportunity to be involved in many different aspects of the company and have unlimited opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from design and manufacturing
- Assist in designing and implementing processes to improve the manufacturing processes
- Generate detailed project schedules for projects.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure materials are received in time to meet project schedule
- Assist with supervising onsite personnel responsible for manufacturing equipment
- Work closely with management to provide recommendations
- Provide production updates regularly to customers
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Ensure that equipment is manufactured to customers specifications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical drawings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with drafting and EPR software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
