Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Telecom Technician for Chicagoland.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes communications systems by installing, operating, and maintaining Voice, Data, CCTV, and Access Control telecommunications network circuits and equipment.
  • Perform telco work including installation of equipment (modems, routers, switches), Demarc extensions, site cabling, and system installations.
  • Collaborate with customer help desks to configure equipment.

Requirements

  • Own a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
  • Reliability in transportation and ability to travel daily to work sites using own vehicle.
  • 6-8' ladder, hand tools, smartphone, and laptop computer.
  • Speak English and provide excellent customer service.
  • Possess a high level of independent judgment within established procedures.
