Role Description

Our Financial Management Systems & Solutions team supports strategic development and continuous improvement of financial applications and technologies. The team includes solution architects who bridge finance and engineering, ensuring high performance, stability, and security of financial solutions, while managing key initiatives aligned with business goals. The team collaborates closely with the FP&A Transformation team to enhance reporting, analysis, and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and implementation of financial planning processes within a cross-functional team.
  • Design, develop, and maintain financial planning models in Oracle Cloud EPM.
  • Collaborate with business partners to improve processes and align technology solutions.
  • Stay updated on Oracle offerings and tools.
  • Support standardized reporting in Oracle, focusing on reports for FP&A leads and CFOs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in finance-focused planning and reporting system implementations.
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance and planning processes.
  • Expertise in Oracle Planning Software, including EPBCS, EDM, EPCM, and EPM Automate.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing models in EPBCS, especially in operating expenses, revenue, and capital expenses.
  • Experience with metadata integration, corporate and business unit allocations, security, and authorizations within Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Experience in roadmapping and building business cases in a global / matrixed environment.
  • Proven ability as a senior team member in Oracle-based finance transformation projects.
