Architectural Draftsmen / 3D Modeler / Renderer

Temporary (+ / - 6 months) project-based full-time Architect or Architectural Designer to assist in preparing documentation and execution of complex high-end residential renovation in NYC.

Work can be performed in person, remote, or hybrid, although studio and site visits will be required in NYC.

Qualifications / Requirements :

Degree in Architecture

3-6 years relevant experience

Self-motivated, organized

Design Sensibility, Interest in Architecture a must

Communication skills - oral and written

Proficiency in AutoCAD / Sketchup / 3D Max

Must be eligible to work in the USA

Compensation commensurate with experience.
