- Resource requirements for Interior :
- Working experience on design & development of below aggregates includes but not limited. CAD parametric data creation in UG / NX, Criteria section development, D drawings, Active participation in CFT review meetings,
- Project management & Resource mgt, should be conversant with design requirements DRD’s, Dfmea / pfmea, DVPs, DSAO, weight / cost targets, country specific requirements & regulations etc.
- Material knowledge, GD&T, Vehicle architecture, cost reduction Ideas.
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Should be flexible to work at Client site & ready to work as per customer shift timings.
- Hands on experience in below aggregates : Interior : A / B Pillar trims, Instrument panels, Door trims, Scuff plates, Headliners, Back panel trim, Floor mats, Bunks, OHC, visor, cabinets etc.
- Part design optimization, weigh reduction and parts nesting (for manufacturing)
- Plastic part designs along with experience in mold design, manufacturing technology etc.
- Composite parts manufacturing process like SClient, FRP, etc.
- Lightweight plastic material like Metton, carbon Fibers processing.
- CAE tests / load cases for Interior aggregates, Testing & Validation, joining & locating techniques, Ergonomics.
