We are currently looking to hire on independent agents that we will give the tools to set a few more appts a month and earn more money at the end of the year. Join our growing team that stretches across the OKC Metro. Our independent agent program is simple you earn 80% on every transaction you generate up to $15000 cap after that you keep it all .

Compensation :

$75,000 - $125,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

• Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close

Qualifications :

Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred

Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
