My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Engineering to lead the engineering team in a manufacturing setting.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of one or more engineering disciplines such as Design, Development, or Sustaining Engineering, and have a strong understanding of product marketing principles and market-driven engineering strategies.
This role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a proven track record of leading engineering teams to success.

Leadership and Management :

Strategic Planning :
- Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to production.
- Identify and implement best practices for engineering processes and methodologies.
Technical Expertise :
- Provide deep technical expertise in one or more engineering disciplines (Design, Development, Sustaining Engineering).
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of products to ensure they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and integrate relevant innovations into the engineering processes.
