We are looking to hire a Optometric Technician / Receptionist for our clinic.
Main Tasks will include :
- General reception duties
- Identifying and assessing client’s needs
- Customer service
- Assist with taking payments and billing
- Preliminary eye examination testing
- Working alongside the optometrist partaking in various tasks
Traits / Experience we are looking for :
- Have a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service and customer experience
- Some office or clinic experience is preferred but willing to train new employees
- Willing to being a part of a high-performing team
- Wanting to grow with our company
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Computer knowledge is a must
We are looking for a candidate who is flexible with their schedule as shifts can vary from Mondays through Saturdays.
