Job Description :
- Evaluate patient outcomes and make adjustments in the plan of care within the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide explanations and instructions to patients and / or responsible individuals to ensure understanding regarding respiratory disease processes, intervention procedures, and discharge.
- Accept reassignment to other units when necessary.
- Share clinical knowledge with staff and students; serve as a role model for clinical practice.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of respiratory care.
- Deliver respiratory care as ordered by the physician, maintaining communication with medical and nursing staff.
