Delmar Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN)Supervisor in Delmar NY.

Duties :

Complete resident care requirements by scheduling andassigning nursing staff
Establish acompassionate environment by providing support to residents &families
Provide information to residents& staff by answering questions and requests
Maintain a safe & clean working environment byimplementing rules & regulations
Ensureresident confidence by monitoring confidential informationprocessing
Manage documentation of residentcare services
Promote a cooperativerelationship among health care teams

Requirements :

Must hold valid RegisteredNurse (RN) license
Minimum 3 years LongTermCare experience required
Should be a strongand positive Team Director for all members of the staff
Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills
