About the role

This role is part of Regulatory Reporting in the Commercial Auto area. The role involves working independently on the most complex projects and working closely with brokers and underwriters.

What you need to know

  • Communicate and work closely with internal AIG departments as well as State Regulators
  • Complete tracking of the UM / UIM / PIP forms for AIGRM policies and assist Insured as required
  • Timely and accurately file data electronically using various systems prior to the deadlines
  • Work with state regulators to resolve any reporting issues and clear any statistical errors
  • Get cross trained and assist the team with daily filings as needed
  • Stay informed of any state regulation changes and update reporting procedures as needed
  • Research and analyze data to identify any potential issues with the data reporting
  • Previous Commercial Auto experience and knowledge helpful but not required

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience
  • Proficiency with VBA a plus
  • Knowledge of Auto Insurance preferred
  • Advanced analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel SkillsKnAnalytical thought process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
