Functions :
Oversee all aspects of Webster EA toner QA laboratory. Work closely with QA staff, Engineering, Shift Leaders, and Process Specialists in a dynamic manufacturing environment (customer driven approach).
Location :
Webster EA Toner Plant
Schedule :
Rotating 4x7 Shift Position.
Execute analytical tests specific to EA toner manufacturing. Including; x-ray spectroscopy (EDXRF), color spectrophotometry, particle size / shape, light microscopy, pH, conductivity, viscosity, moisture, measurements.
Required Skills :
- Prior quality lab experience preferable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and team attitude.
- Understanding of Statistical Process Control 6 Sigma & Lean principles.
- Aptitude for solving problems and troubleshooting analytical equipment.
Education :
- Associate or Bachelor level technical / applied science degree.
