Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and interpret physician prescriptions to ensure precision and suitability of medication therapy
- Offer guidance to healthcare professionals and patients regarding medication usage and potential side effects
- Dispense prescribed medications with proper labeling adherence
- Monitor patient well-being and progress to optimize treatment outcomes and minimize adverse reactions
- Maintain precise patient documentation and adhere to regulatory standards
Qualifications :
- To qualify for the Pharmacist position in Birmingham, AL, US, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- A valid Pharmacist license specific to the state of Alabama is required for this role.
- Extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and pharmacy regulations is essential.
