As an integral part of our team, your journey begins with a comprehensive 2-3 week training program covering :

  • Nationally recognized customer service strategies
  • In-depth insights into our products, services, and promotions
  • Detailed instruction on compliance regulations

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative :

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding their needs, fostering open communication, and offering tailored product recommendations.
  • Engage with customers in-person daily, embodying the highest levels of courtesy, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Process new sales orders, manage account upgrades, and skillfully handle customer complaints to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our offerings and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Participate in daily training sessions, virtual networking opportunities, and conference calls to enhance customer satisfaction, refine sales techniques, and streamline technical support.
  • Potentially contribute to onboarding, training, and mentoring new employees based on your achievements and reputation within our organization and among clients.
