A company is looking for a Nurse Case Manager I (CT / MA License preferred) to manage workers' compensation claims and coordinate healthcare services for injured workers.
Key Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive assessments of injured workers' needs and coordinate medical care and return-to-work plansAct as a liaison between injured workers, medical providers, and employers regarding rehabilitation and return-to-work issuesEvaluate medical treatment for necessity and reasonableness, collaborating with claim professionals to promote optimal outcomesRequired Qualifications and Education : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferredCurrent, valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse is requiredMinimum of two years of direct clinical care to adult consumers requiredExperience in industrial rehabilitation and / or occupational nursing preferredProficient in Microsoft Office programs
