We are a breast pump company looking for a full time customer service specialist to assist our moms with their breast pump.
Requirements :
- Provide outstanding customer service to our customers.
- Manage daily call reports
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate business areas
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues as well as understand how to troubleshoot our breast pumps.
- Be a team player and work in a team environment
- This is a full time position in the office
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused, environment
- Strong telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual a plus
- Knowledge of breast pumps and / or breastfeeding a plus
- Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications
